Service Description

45 minute coaching session. Get a taste for what it's like to work together AND get some healing in. This session is designed for people who are serious about having longer term support/ healing/ coaching. If you are wanting a one-off session please get in touch using the contact form. This way neither of us will waster our time and you will get the most out of the experience. Expect a 30 minute coaching session and then a discussion about what I can offer you. This is session is ideal for us to ensure we are a good fit and so I can create a container that is optimised for you and your needs. This will take into account your budget, trauma, goals & schedule.
