Why I Do What I Do

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in cycles of pain, desperately searching for answers but never quite finding the right ones. I’ve lived it. After enduring deep emotional manipulation, narcissistic abuse, and sexual violence, I reached a breaking point—the moment when my own trauma was weaponized against me. That’s when I knew: the systems designed to help me weren’t enough.

The therapy I tried felt incomplete, and the spiritual practices I turned to weren’t addressing the full picture. Every step forward felt like two steps back. I wasn’t just looking for relief; I wanted real, lasting change.

So I stopped trying to heal the right way. With nothing left to lose, I did it my way—honoring my intuition, blending trauma recovery with spiritual principles, and integrating energy work. And it worked. Better than anything else I had tried before.

I reclaimed my identity. I broke free from the cycles keeping me stuck. I healed. And in doing so, I unknowingly created a method that not only heals and transforms but also fosters radical self-trust and independence.

Why I Created The SHE Method

 

Many traditional healing methods—whether therapy, coaching, or spiritual modalities—fail to address the full picture. They often focus on either the mind, the body, or the soul, without truly integrating them. Worse, they create dependency on the therapist, healer, or coach, rather than teaching people how to heal themselves.

I knew there had to be a better way.

With my foundation in trauma recovery, spiritual philosophy, and energy work, I developed The SHE Method, a holistic, empowering approach that gives you the tools to heal your way.

The SHE Method is different. It’s not about endlessly rehashing the past or relying on someone else to ‘fix’ you. It’s about liberating yourself, stepping into your power, and becoming your own best healer.

And now, through my 1:1 coaching, group programs, and my weekly Manifestation Mastery classes, I’m here to help you do the same.

 

Manifesting: The Missing Piece

 

True healing isn’t just about overcoming pain—it’s about creating the life you desire. That’s where manifestation comes in. When you release trauma, break old patterns, and reclaim your self-trust, you naturally start aligning with the reality you want to live in. Manifesting isn’t about wishing—it’s about embodiment.

If I’m being honest, for a long time I thought manifesting was bullsh*t.

I also thought:
❌ I had to be fully healed before I could manifest anything.
❌ Manifestation was selfish, greedy, and materialistic.
❌ It only worked for certain people—definitely not me.

Here’s the truth: Manifestation is always happening. It’s not some mystical “extra” you unlock once you’re perfectly healed. It’s happening in the mundane, everyday things—when you find the exact thing you need on sale, when a random conversation leads to an opportunity, or when the money you saved allows you to buy something you’ve wanted for months.

And then there’s the “holy sh!t, I can’t believe this happened” kind of manifestation—the ones that feel like magic, synchronicity, or divine timing.

Having goals, desires, and visions for your life isn’t selfish—it’s what makes life exciting. And the journey of getting there? That should feel damn good too.

1. How is The SHE Method different from traditional therapy or coaching?

Traditional therapy often focuses heavily on analysing your past, while many coaching programs push you straight into action without addressing the deeper layers that hold you back. The SHE Method is different because it bridges the gap between deep healing and practical transformation—giving you both the self-awareness and the tools to create real change.

Unlike traditional models that can create dependency on a therapist or coach, my approach is designed to make you fully self-reliant. You won’t just heal; you’ll develop unshakable self-trust so that by the time our work together ends, you know exactly how to navigate your own healing and manifestation process—without me.

2. What if I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked—how do I know this will?

If you feel like you’ve “tried everything,” I completely understand. I did too. The reason most healing approaches don’t work long-term is because they’re either:

  1. One-size-fits-all (which ignores your unique experiences and needs).

  2. Overly structured or rigid (which doesn’t allow for the deep transformation that happens when you actually listen to yourself).

  3. Focused on treating symptoms rather than the root cause.

  4. You haven’t found the way you heal best—and that’s exactly what I help you discover.

The SHE Method is completely bespoke to you. We go deep—uncovering the hidden patterns, beliefs, and trauma responses that are keeping you stuck. And because my approach is holistic, we integrate mind, body, energy, and spirit rather than just focusing on one part of the puzzle.

3. Do I have to believe in spirituality or manifestation for this to work?

Nope. Healing isn’t about belief—it’s about willingness.

I integrate spiritual and energetic principles into my work because they are deeply effective tools for self-healing and transformation. However, this isn’t about forcing any particular belief system on you. It’s about helping you connect with yourself in the way that feels right for you.

That said, if you’re completely closed off to anything beyond traditional psychology, then my approach may not be the best fit. But if you’re open-minded, curious, and willing to explore what actually works, then you’ll likely find that blending both science and spirituality creates the most profound, lasting changes.

4. What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take?

Healing isn’t linear, and transformation isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. That said, if you commit to this work, you can expect:
