A beautifully curated evening of introspection. An opportunity to delve deeply into yourself, discovering who you are, and who you can be! Using breathwork, yin yoga poses, meditation and more.

This will be 2.5 hours of diving into the depths of yourself. My aim is to create a brave space, for you to explore the truth of who you are,  supporting an honest inner gaze. The evening will give you the opportunity to learn important skills such as building resilience, expanding your awareness and ways to feel and let go of stored emotions. Its an evening on incredible opportunity for self nourishment and growth.

In all my workshops and events I offer a 'pay what you can' option as I believe spiritual growth and development should be available to all...not just those who can afford it.  Please keep in mind however that it is pay what you can, NOT pay what you want. A reduced ticket is there for those who genuinely need it due to high non-optional living expenses (rent, bills etc) This is an incredible opportunity for honesty.  If you're unsure whether you qualify please get intouch. there's no need to be embarrassed this option is here for a very good reason and i would hate for decent well-meaning people to miss out on attending,
